1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 399d ("the Platform", "399d", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 399d website and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the 399d platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the 399d platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, instant-win games, promotional offers, and any other feature made available to registered users from time to time.

399d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their 399d account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policy documents published on the 399d platform, the more specific document shall prevail for the matter it specifically addresses. For all other matters, these Terms shall govern.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 399d platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your account remains active.

3. Account Registration

You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or contact details belonging to another person.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 399d platform at any given time. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 399d monitors for duplicate accounts using a combination of technical and manual verification methods. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 399d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus-related winnings derived from the duplicate account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399d account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 399d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

399d reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any registered player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Verification may be requested prior to processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by 399d may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, in serious cases, account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

399d currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:

All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. 399d does not accept deposits made with funds belonging to a third party. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the same name as the 399d account holder.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's 399d account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the account. 399d does not impose a deposit fee; however, players should be aware that their mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review before processing. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. 399d reserves the right to extend this processing timeframe in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request has been flagged for compliance review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been submitted and approved by the 399d compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of player funds.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 399d cashier at the time of the transaction. 4.5 Dormant Account Deductions

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more while maintaining a positive balance. 399d reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka) to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply. Account activation can be restored at any time by logging in and contacting the support team.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

399d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers — are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

399d does not permit bonus abuse in any form. 5.4 Promotion Availability

399d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. User Obligations

6.1 Lawful Use

You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities. 399d is required to report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the player concerned.

Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a false name, or fraudulent payment method details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399d platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted by 399d.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's software infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without their authorisation.

• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your 399d account or account balance to any third party.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 399d

399d reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose; the account holder has provided false registration information; or the continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to the platform.

During a suspension period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. 399d will communicate the reason for suspension via the registered email address where it is lawfully permitted to do so. Investigations are typically completed within 14 business days, though complex cases may take longer.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Before closing an account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. 7.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Bonus balances that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms will be removed from the account at the time of closure and will not be returned.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

399d provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 399d makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled outages may occur. 399d will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software fault that causes an incorrect result to be displayed or an incorrect payout to be made, 399d reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player. Payouts arising from a clearly erroneous game result — whether caused by a technical fault or human error — are not valid and will not be honoured. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399d's total liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 399d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

8.4 Third-Party Services

The 399d platform integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), and other service providers. 399d is not responsible for any failure, interruption, or error originating from a third-party service provider. Disputes arising specifically from a game provider's content or outcome should be directed to 399d's support team, who will escalate to the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 399d and the player agree to make a genuine effort to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
